Surface and interface analysis: Atomic force microscopy (AFM) of biological systems in liquids; Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM); Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS) for solving biomedical problems; Neutron reflectometry; X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
